American Legion Riders

American Legion Riders,
the loud thundering roar,
of our freedom providers,
sacrificing life and more.

Remembering now and then,
lonely nights of terror and fear,
the bloody battles back when,
to fallen riders they shed a tear.

Our price of freedom is high,
world of oppression and pain
sacrificing their life many die,
protecting in the pouring rain.

Their spirit always in the wind,
fighting for democracy they give,
in our country's wars they've been,
many dying for our freedom to live.

Riding with their head's held high,
they serve us all, for you and me,
as the Bald Eagle soaring in the sky,
The Legion Riders are all they can be.
